Faced with declining advertising effectiveness, the The Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW*) looked for new ways to increase its reach, amplify its thought leadership and grow its knowledge distribution by using its influencers and advocates.

A huge success story: By adopting Qubist, advertising was reduced, while brand endorsements increased by more than 27,000 in three years, transforming its marketing model and generating new business leads. We sat down with Business Manager, Harpreet Panesar, to look at how it all happened.
